The Chemical Hazards Communication Society (CHCS) often receives requests to circulate commercial information to members.
At the beginning of 2002 it was decided that this would be done in an organised way, with materials being limited to a single A4 sheet (unfolded) or to an A3 sheet (folded to A4), that would all be mailed out together, at roughly six monthly intervals throughout the year (the first mailing was in March 2002). The insert MUST have relevance to Chemical Hazard Communication issues (e.g. it cannot be related to financial services, motoring organisations, etc.).
Those intending to circulate must first contact the CHCS Office to get information on the current charge and required latest date for the receipt of the inserts and the special physical delivery address to be used (insert material must NOT be sent to the CHCS Office address – we reserve the right to destroy or apply an additional administration charge for any material sent to the CHCS office).
