Webinar: Brexit - Do You Know What You Don't Yet Know?

Now the UK has left the EU, UK-REACH and GB-CLP have been established. Although the EU REACH and EU CLP regulations were transposed to UK law on 31st December 2020, there are some differences and implications arising from the UK being outside the EU/EEA. If you were a downstream user under EU REACH and have become an importer under UK REACH, or if you are exporting chemicals to the EU / NI from the UK and are confused about your responsibilities relating to classification and labelling or poison centre notification, then this webinar is for you!!

The webinar will provide an introduction and pointers to further relevant information on CLP issues, including the GB MCL list, legal entities, and the address for the label; UK REACH and DUINS and poison centre notification requirements in the EU, GB & NI.

There will be a panel of presenters, each with a 15-minute slot, followed by a Q&A session.
