CHCS Needs Your Help

CHCS has a number of vacancies on our committees and are looking for volunteers to fill them. Volunteering for one of our committees doesn't just benefit the CHCS, it can also be helpful to your company and your career, through the new contacts you will make and the new skills you can pick up.

Current vacancies:

  • CHCS Council: meets 4 times per year, including 3 face-to-face meetings and 1 online meeting. In addition, there may be email correspondence from time-to-time for issues that can’t wait until the next meeting.

  • Finance and Management Committee: this is a new committee that will aim to meet quarterly to review the finances of the CHCS, set budgets in future, oversee our professional contractors and provide support for the management tools used to support the society. Meetings will mainly take place online, with occasional face-to-face meetings as needed.

In addition, we are also always happy to hear from volunteers who would like to join our Training and Assessment Panel, Members Services Committees, or Remuneration Committee.

If you are interested, please do get in touch to discuss what would be involved. Please email, Gill Pagliuca, CHCS Chair, at: chairman@chcs.org.uk.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
